Safety Rules

Our goal is for everyone to have a fun, creative, and safe experience. Please review the following rules before participating:

Before You Paint

All participants must have a completed waiver signed before entering the bus. Children under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver.

Participants should wear clothing that can get messy. While we provide protective gear, paint may stain clothing and personal items.

Closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Protective Equipment

Protective ponchos, shoe covers, and safety glasses must be worn while painting. Safety glasses should remain on at all times during the splatter experience.

Inside the Bus

No running, pushing, roughhousing, or horseplay.

Follow all instructions given by Bend Splatter Company staff.

Keep paint and supplies inside designated painting areas.

Be respectful of other participants and their artwork.

Paint Safety

Only use paint and materials provided by Bend Splatter Company.

Paint is for canvases and approved surfaces only—not for faces, eyes, mouths, or other participants.

Paint is not to be intentionally thrown directly at people.

Children

Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

Participants who are unable to follow safety instructions may be asked to leave the activity area without a refund.

Health & Accessibility

Participants with paint allergies, respiratory sensitivities, or other health concerns should notify staff before participating. Anyone feeling unwell should not participate.

Respect the Experience

Have fun, be creative, and embrace the mess! Leave the cleanup to us.

By participating in a Bend Splatter Company event, you agree to follow these safety rules and any additional instructions provided by staff.
