By booking a party, event, or participating in a Bend Splatter Company experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date and time.

Full payment is due prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor the quoted rate.

Participant Requirements

All participants must have a completed waiver on file before participating. Participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Bend Splatter Company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not follow safety instructions or whose behavior creates a safety concern.

Paint & Clothing

Protective ponchos, shoe covers, and safety glasses are provided.

While we take reasonable precautions, paint may stain clothing, shoes, personal belongings, and other items. Participants are encouraged to wear clothing suitable for painting.

Bend Splatter Company is not responsible for damage to clothing, footwear, phones, jewelry, or personal property.

Safety

Participants must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

Running, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior is prohibited. Paint and materials are to be used only as directed.

Bend Splatter Company reserves the right to remove any participant who creates a safety risk.

Travel & Service Area

Travel fees may apply outside of designated service areas.

The host is responsible for ensuring the event location provides adequate access and parking for the bus.

If site conditions prevent safe operation, Bend Splatter Company reserves the right to modify or relocate the setup.

Weather

The bus allows most events to operate regardless of weather conditions.

In the event of severe weather, unsafe road conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, Bend Splatter Company may reschedule the event.

Photography & Marketing

Bend Splatter Company may photograph or record events for promotional purposes, including use on social media, websites, and marketing materials.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed should notify staff before the event begins.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in a paint splatter experience involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, and accidental contact with paint and art materials.

By participating, guests assume these risks and agree to release Bend Splatter Company, its owners, employees, and representatives from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Oregon law.

Right to Refuse Service

Bend Splatter Company reserves the right to refuse service or end an event without refund if participants engage in unsafe, destructive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

Accessibility Information

Bend Splatter Company operates from a mobile paint bus. At this time, the bus has accessibility limitations and may not accommodate all mobility devices or accessibility needs.
